Angela completed her Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and Communication Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School and received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Public Relations from the University of Alabama.
More than just a well-rounded professional, Angela is passionate about everything she does. In 2010, Angela married her passion for science with her culinary interests, taking a year-long sabbatical to attend the Le Cordon Bleu School in San Francisco to become a pastry chef. Since 2005 she and her husband, Brian, have been growing grapes in their vineyard in the Uco Valley of Argentina, producing and importing their own high-end Malbec under the name “La Pareja” to the U.S. market. In her spare time, Angela enjoys relearning to play the acoustic guitar and piano, spinning records and having spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen with her family. A servant leader at work and in her community, Angela has also contributed countless hours to serving in leadership and volunteer roles for the following organizations:
